You don’t have to keep fighting to be understood.
Here, you’ll find real support from someone who gets it, lived experience that meets professional expertise, and practical tools to help you calm the chaos and start feeling like you again.
Fancy a quick chat, no pressure?
Hi, I'm Sally.
I work both online and face to face in Plymouth, helping people unpick their past, understand their brains, and rewrite their future.
I know how hard it can be to find support that actually fits, because I’ve been there myself.
Most people are exhausted before they even start. But you don’t have to face it alone.
Let’s be honest: navigating the mental health system is like wading through treacle.
Suddenly, everything made sense — the struggles, the frustration, the patterns I’d never understood.
Ironically, it all started when I was exploring an ASD diagnosis for my youngest daughter. Fast forward, and now our whole family are diagnosed!
That lived experience means I don’t just understand neurodiversity from a professional point of view — I live it.
I get the chaos, the creativity, and the exhaustion. And I know how lonely it can feel when no one seems to “get” you.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 43.

The Solution — Where I Come In
When you work with me, you can say goodbye to months of waiting for support.
You’ll get practical, emotional, and therapeutic support — designed around you, not a tick-box system.
I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your challenges and start creating change.
Once we’ve built trust and understanding, the change can be huge. You’ll find clarity, confidence, and compassion — for yourself and others.
I use a mix of neurodiverse-friendly therapeutic techniques to help you understand how your brain works and how to work with it, not against it, this includes...

I want to help dispel myths, build understanding, and empower neurodiverse individuals to live happier, more fulfilling lives.
My work is bold, compassionate, and grounded in real-life experience — not theory.
