Hi, I'm Sally.

I work both online and face to face in Plymouth, helping people unpick their past, understand their brains, and rewrite their future.

I know how hard it can be to find support that actually fits, because I’ve been there myself.

qualified and certified Neurodiversity Life Coach and Addiction Specialist, registered as an Advanced Practitioner with Addiction Professionals.

Most people are exhausted before they even start.  But you don’t have to face it alone.

Let’s be honest: navigating the mental health system is like wading through treacle.

Suddenly, everything made sense — the struggles, the frustration, the patterns I’d never understood.

Ironically, it all started when I was exploring an ASD diagnosis for my youngest daughter. Fast forward, and now our whole family are diagnosed!

That lived experience means I don’t just understand neurodiversity from a professional point of view — I live it.

I get the chaos, the creativity, and the exhaustion. And I know how lonely it can feel when no one seems to “get” you.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 43.

How I Work - What I Can Do For You

What You Might Be Feeling

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

  • Misunderstood, unheard, or “too much”

  • Dealing with low self-esteem or past trauma

  • Feeling different or like you never quite fit in

  • Using substances, food, or distractions to cope

  • Overwhelmed, easily bored, or chronically tired

  • Constantly trying new things but rarely finishing them

  • Struggling with focus, motivation, or emotional regulation

  • People-pleasing or constantly helping others before yourself

You’re not broken — your brain just works differently.  And that’s okay.

What You'll Gain - What Will Change

You’ll move from confused and frustrated to informed, accepted, and full of hope.

  • Understanding of how your mind really works

  • Confidence in managing emotions and overwhelm

  • Better relationships and communication at home or work

  • More energy, focus, and motivation

  • Strategies that actually make sense for you

  • A sense of belonging and self-acceptance

I'm Here - To Help You

Too many neurodiverse people spend years feeling broken when they’re actually brilliant.

I want to help dispel myths, build understanding, and empower neurodiverse individuals to live happier, more fulfilling lives.

My work is bold, compassionate, and grounded in real-life experience — not theory.
